Our Centre

Our Centre is an integrated service, housed within the Seawinds Community Hub; a community centre with strong ties to local schools, local organisations and services.

Seawinds Early Learning Centre (ELC) offers community-based early childhood services:

• Long Day Care for children from 6 months, open 7am till 5.45pm Monday to Friday
• 3-year old sessional Kindergarten (11 hours per week) – Victorian Government-funded
• 4-year old sessional Kindergarten (15 hours per week) – Victorian Government-funded
• Before & After Kindergarten care, outside of sessional Kindergarten programme
